He knows what it means to lead when the stakes are real and the margin for error is thin. But it was a personal crisis that ignited everything. For seven years, Javier felt completely stuck. Plateaued. Like he was showing up every day but going nowhere. It was not until he was led to the John Maxwell Leadership Team, and discovered that growth never happens by accident — that it must be intentional, pursued, and developed — that moment of breakthrough changed everything and Journey Leadership was born. Today Javier is a John Maxwell Leadership Team Member, Certified Speaker, Coach, DISC Trainer and Consultant, — equipped with the world's most proven leadership philosophy and driven by a singular mission: to develop leaders who transform organizations from the inside out. Javier is an ordained minister of five years who leads by the principles he preaches — "love God above all, and do to others as you would have them do to you". He lives in New Hampshire with his wife of 20 years and their three children — one of whom proudly serves in the United States Air Force. Javier does not just teach leadership.
